Request a refund for your service
Follow the steps below. We only ask for the information we need to find your service and process the refund.

Enter your account email
This should be the same email you use to log in to the ByteHosting panel.
Refunds are only available within 48 hours of payment.
If more than 48 hours have passed since you paid, we cannot refund your order.
